A concise and functional residential house is being designed, with a total area of approximately 80 square metres. The architecture is defined by clear, simple forms and a rational structure that ensures both efficient spatial organisation and everyday comfort.

The project concept is based on the principles of minimalism – avoiding unnecessary details, every space and element is carefully considered, aiming for practical use and ease of daily living.

The house features a brick wall construction system, which provides high structural durability, excellent thermal insulation, and long-term resilience. Well-designed structural joints ensure not only the efficiency of the construction process, but also ease of maintenance in the future.
